The PW-K2-OP2 hollow shaft bevel gearbox revolutionizes power transmission with its innovative through-shaft design. This advanced configuration, proven in NIO‘s battery swap stations, enables seamless integration of drive shafts while maintaining exceptional precision and performance.
At the heart of the PW-K2-OP2 is its hollow shaft architecture, allowing drive shafts to pass through the gearbox center. This design significantly simplifies mechanical layouts, reduces installation space, and enhances system efficiency in lifting applications.
The gearbox combines precision-engineered spiral bevel gears with frames ranging from 65mm to 240mm. Achieving 6 arcmin backlash control and delivering up to 2150N.m torque, it offers ratio options from 3:1 to 512:1. The modular design accommodates various servo and stepper motors, with single, dual, or triple output configurations.
Successfully implemented in NIO’s battery swap stations, the PW-K2-OP2’s through-shaft design proves particularly valuable in screw jack systems and automated lifting applications where space optimization and efficient power transmission are crucial.
